Building the operating system for India's unorganized freight
We believe every truck operator in India deserves the same technology and financial access as the largest logistics companies.
The problem we saw
India's freight sector moves ₹15 lakh crore in goods every year. But over 70% of the country's truck fleet is operated by small players running 1-5 trucks. They use paper dockets, phone calls for tracking, and spend hours every night doing manual billing.
These operators are invisible to the financial system. No bank will lend to them because there's no transaction history, no credit profile, no digital trail. They wait 90 days to get paid while paying drivers and fuel costs daily.
“We didn't build AvidLogic to replace what works. We built it to give small operators the same tools and access that large logistics companies take for granted.”
AvidLogic isn't a localized version of a global product. It's built from scratch for how Indian freight actually works — accounting for COD collection, ODA surcharges, multi-carrier operations, and the operational realities on the ground.

Environmental
15-20% reduction in empty truck miles through load matching, leading to measurable decrease in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Accurate carbon reporting enabling operators to set and track reduction targets.
Social
Improved working conditions for blue-collar logistics workers through intuitive, regional-language software. Financial inclusion for unorganized operators through credit scoring and access to formal financing.
Economic
15-20% reduction in revenue leakage from billing errors. Faster payment cycles through digital invoicing. New revenue streams through return-trip load matching. Formalization of an unorganized sector.
