AvidLogic provides a logistics technology platform that digitizes freight operations including booking, tracking, proof of delivery, invoicing, and payment reconciliation for freight operators in India.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
